John McGloughlin brings more than 30 years of experience across operations, technology and cybersecurity. From 2009 to 2023 he founded and led a managed detection and response (MDR) cybersecurity company, scaling it into a services business that was acquired by a private equity-backed technology firm in 2023. He holds CISSP, FAA Part 107, Counter-UAS, CSVA, and DVRA certifications, is certified as a NIST UAS Proctor, and has completed executive education in business, finance, cybersecurity and artificial intelligence at Harvard, MIT and Stanford. He is the owner/operator of a 400-acre private range and UAS flight facility featuring on-site accommodations for team offsites, live-fly drills, and tactical evaluations (bravelizard.com). John is a sworn Volunteer Posse Member with the Iron County, UT Sheriff’s department and is a Team Rubicon member supporting disaster relief response.

Ryan Loya is a U.S. Marine Corps veteran with experience leading and scaling mission-driven organizations across the public and private sectors. He created and launched the first veteran hiring initiative at Interpublic Group, a network-wide model for veteran recruitment and integration, and co-authored legislation reforming the Department of Defense Transition Assistance Program, enacted in the National Defense Authorization Act of 2019. Before ClearPoint, he served as Head of Sales at a cybersecurity firm that was later acquired, where he worked alongside John McGloughlin. He is an FAA Part 107 remote pilot, a certified Dive Master, a licensed Charter Captain and an internationally certified SLC-P powerboat instructor.
